It is always a pleasure to return to rediscover the authenticity of the dishes which are those of the local tradition. Tripe, coradella, and the other appetizers open the way to the magnificent banquet of unique aromas and flavors.

delicacies from the area, homemade potato gnocchi,I'll just tell you about the appetizer:Helix Aspersa snails (superb)tripe (good... delicate)chicory (too dietary)lamb coratella (exceptional)first....?second....?Don't worry, let them do it, they know what they're doing... the quantities? they are more than enough for the "palate"...if you also want to satisfy your gluttony, just ask for an encore.to finish?tastings of homemade desserts accompanied by sour cherry wine... a rosolio...It brought back memories of when I opened the glass jars, which my grandmother Dora put to ferment in the summer sun, on the dry stone walls of the farm, jars full of "morello cherries" and sugar, ,. wow.Trust me... it deserves...Imagine being invited to grandma's house, enjoy the moment... without looking at the clock.

"The dress does not make the monk" A dress, perhaps not in line with contemporary expectations, finds a monk "the cuisine" stands still in time as does the wonder of the Apennines.Don't miss to order the appetizer, that is, snails, offal and tripe, accompanied by excellent fried lamb. In the end...an excellent wine & sour cherries. In my opinion these are the real 5 star restaurants

I was with friends in this pension restaurant near Serravalle di Carda, after a nice excursion in Val di TrebbioThe structure is historic, very classic, about fifty seats in the internal room, it also has tables outsideBut behind an old structure there is always something good, or rather very good, hiddenThe restaurant has been awarded an award and authorization for one of the two typical dishes of the area, lamb coratella, the other typical dish is polenta with local snailsAlso sensational are the other homemade first courses with white and red ragù, and the mixed grill, mouth-wateringA spectacle .... the management is familiar, very kind and helpfulTop

Fantastic little Resturant off the beaten track, Giuliano (owner is presume) is quite possibly the smiliest man I’ve ever met. His food is rustic and delicious I highly recommend the white pasta with mushrooms and truffles and the fried lamb. Super welcoming, I’m looking forward to coming back again soon. Toilets are functional but dated, I was just happy to have toilet paper and soap as it’s quite a rustic little place

Enchanting restaurant by Davide, a young restaurateur who with his commitment enhances Serravalle di Carda, a small village on the slopes of Monte Nerone (PU).Here I met Maria and Giuliano, hospitable spouses with an old-fashioned kindness and goodness. Local cuisine, of the highest quality with carefully selected and cooked foods. In every dish you can feel the passion and work behind it. I am happy to have tasted, as well as discovered, the coradella, tripe and polenta with snails so good that they make a splash in every dish. I can say that today I smelled "home" in everything. If I lived near here I would definitely go every Sunday.

Today while walking with the scooter we stopped to eat here. Not the first time we eat well and spend the right amount... on Sunday there is a fixed menu for everyone the portions may seem small but there is a lot of stuff and then they continually ask if you want more if it's enough for you. They're all VERY KIND, we had a good time eating appetizers: livers, snails, tripe, ham, cheese, vegetables, two first courses, tagliatelle and gnocchi and second course fried lamb, baked. and rabbit, salad, roast potatoes, sweet coffee if I can I'll post some photos I recommend it to everyone try it and I forgot it's better to book even if we found a place within a short time it was full.
